Daniel DePasquale at Katz & Assocs. in NYC has been promoted to vice president.

Holly Buchanan
In addition to serving as vice presient at Katz where she heads the Nashville office and does retail leasing work, Buchanon is presidential liaison for education for CCIM in 2024.
She also was awarded the Mac McClure CCIM Volunteer of the Year award in 2022. She was recognized for devoting over 20 years, predominantly in the Nashville MSA, in retail site selection, leasing, and retail/office sales.
Daniel DePasquale
DePasquale works on landlord and tenant leasing primarily in NYC and Long Island; additionally, his tenant representation has expanded to Fla., N.J., and Mass.
Clients include: Book Nook Enrichment, Hungry Ghost Coffee, Hobby Lobby, and Ross on the tenant side; and Midwood on the landlord side.

He’s been actively representing retailers/making deals for clients including QDOBA.
Gardner is also involved with ICSC for which he’s the Florida Next Gen co-chair – he hosted an ICSC Next Gen networking Broward/Miami-Dade event, is in Dallas now at a volunteer meeting, and will be co-chairing a Next Gen Florida Marlin’s game event in spring.
