Kaplan of Hidrock Realty negotiates 31,000 s/f
Hidrock Realty has negotiated a 31,000 s/f office lease on behalf of Concept One Accessories at 119 West 40th St., according to Abraham Hidary, president of Hidrock. The lease is for ten years.
Robert Kaplan represented Concept One. George Comfort & Sons, Inc. and LH Charney Associates represented Charney-FPG, the building's owner. The asking rent was in the low $50s per s/f.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
