K. Schuckman of Schuckman Realty represents the landlord in 16,000 s/f lease at Islandia shopping center
Blink Fitness has opened in a shopping center joining Walmart, TJ Maxx, Stop & Shop, Famous Footwear, Dave & Busters.
Kenneth Schuckman, president of Schuckman Realty Inc., represented the landlord in this 16,000 s/f lease at 1790 Veterans Memorial Hwy. The tenant, BlinkFitness, has signed a long-term lease and was represented by Peter Levine of Charter Realty & Development.
