new tenant and the property owner, 170 Michael Drive, LLC. According to Jurick, the new Cultural Arts Playhouse reflects a new chapter in the organization’s history. “The Cultural Arts Playhouse was founded in 1995 by owner Bruce Grossman and it has since evolved into an acclaimed year-round, regional, off-off Broadway-style theater which has produced over 500 productions including educational and touring shows. It will be a great addition to one of Long Island’s most convenient locations,” said Jurick. Jurick has just been in the commercial real estate industry for less than two year, but has already established a strong reputation among property owners, sellers, buyers and lessees. The former  President and CEO of Fala Direct Marketing, which he led from 1985 to 2005 and which became nation’s premier direct marketing organizations employing over 600 at its peak, did have prior real estate experience. He managed Fala’s real estate portfolio and was actively involved in its numerous commercial/industrial real estate transactions. That experience, along with his extensive network as one of Long Island’s most successful business executives and a leading member of the community, is serving him well in his real estate career. As a former Young Presidents Organization (YPO) member, Jurick has collaborated with some of the brightest executives in the region serving across multiple industries. He is a current Trustee of the Board of North Shore-LIJ Health System, and a former Chairman of the Children’s Medical Fund of New York, current CMF Chairman Emeritus and a recipient of the “CMF Humanitarian Award.
