Syosset, NY Jeff Jurick, director at Premier Commercial Real Estate  has completed a lease transaction for Lisa Sparkles Ballroom and Latin Dance Studio at 16 Berry Hill Rd. The 1,200 s/f space will house the dance studio which offers private and group instruction, including wedding dance lessons, in a range of dance styles, from ballroom styles such as fox trot, waltz, Viennese waltz and quickstep to Latin styles such as the rumba, cha cha, meringue and mambo, as well as East and West Coast swing, the Lindy and hustle. The studio also hosts parties and its students participate in dance competitions. Jurick represented the tenant and the owner, East Berry Associates, LLC, was represented by Michael Aboff of East Berry Associates.
