Jurick of Premier Commercial arranges 10,000 s/f lease
Jeffrey Jurick, Premier Commercial Real EstatePort Washington, NY Jeff Jurick, director at Premier Commercial Real Estate has completed a 10,000 s/f industrial property lease at 85 Channel Dr. Jurick represented the new owner, Ethnic Food Inc., a leading manufacturer of high quality Indian snacks, appetizers and entrees in America with locations across the country. The new space will allow for the expansion of the company’s assembly, packaging, warehouse and distribution operations. The former owner, Channel Drive, Inc. was represented by Lawrence Smith of Sholom Zuckerbrot Realty, LLC.
