According to Pyramid Brokerage Company-Buffalo, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member, the $1.12 million sale of the Nova Block Building has been completed. The property is located at 180 Oak St., on the northwest corner of Broadway. The 23,000 s/f, three-story structure was sold to Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled.
Arthur Judelsohn of Pyramid represented the seller and the Waterbourne Group represented the buyer.
