Broad Elm Management Inc. and Erie County Industrial Development Agency are working together on an incentive package that will help with the financing of a 110,000 s/f, multi-tenant building in the 106-acre Riverview Commerce Park.
A Dec. 5 public hearing on incentives has been scheduled by The Agency for the proposed $5.1 million project.
This proposed building would be the second building to be built in the park. The first building is a 56,000 s/f building that is 85% leased with tenants as such Sherex Industries and MetalMart Inc.
The project is slated for completion at the end of 2008. Tags:
