JS Squared and Racanelli Construction celebrate groundbreaking of Watermill Crossing with Saunders & Associates

Water Mill, NY JS Squared, the developers of Watermill Crossing, have broken ground on the new community project. The development is being built by Racanelli Construction, with an anticipated completion date of summer 2023.

Sited on 6.4 acres, this new community with full services and amenities will include a centrally located clubhouse set amid landscaping and featuring a fitness room, locker rooms with showers, great room and a lounge with card tables, a food prep area and wet bar. Outdoors amidst a large stone patio is an oversized gunite pool and separate spa. Each two-story townhouse will range from 2,500 to 2,800 s/f providing village living.

Watermill Crossing’s design team consists of: McDonough & Conroy Architects, Mabley Handler Interior Design, and Araiys Landscaping Design. The services on the property include landscaping, snow removal, pool service and electric vehicle charging stations.

Watermill Crossing townhouses are being represented by Saunders & Associates brokers Ed Bruehl and Jennifer Wilson.

“This is the most exciting real estate opportunity in the Hamptons,” said Bruehl. “The property is thoughtfully conceived, the build top-shelf and the location is downtown Water Mill Village.”

“People today enjoy living in multiple places and this development is perfect for them,” said Wilson. “It’s not about people downsizing their homes, but about buyers enjoying a multi-location lifestyle with all of their amenities taken care of for them.”
