JRM works with EvensonBest for 22,000 s/f office build out

Manhattan, NY JRM Construction has completed work for EvensonBest, known to be one of the largest furniture dealers in North America. EvensonBest tapped JRM to build out 22,000 s/f of corporate office space in the Union Square neighborhood. At 55 5th Ave., the space features a glass exterior with millwork details.

“The opportunity to build out office space for EvensonBest was very exciting for JRM. It’s exciting to provide high-caliber finishes and appealing construction design to a company like EvensonBest, who understands the significance of visual appeal, especially when it comes to office space,” said JRM Construction principal, Anthony Iandoli.

Other additions include Corian and Veneer paneling, along with upgraded and newly incorporated acoustic elements, like cloud baffles, Baswaphon and Sonakrete. EvensonBest employees will also enjoy newly upgraded bathrooms and an employee cafe. JRM also fully upgraded the mechanical, electrical and lighting systems for the space.

Gensler served on the project as the architect while RDA was the engineer.
