At the same time many other typical appraisal assignments such as industrial, retail, multifamily, office, subdivision & single family were completed. What was your most notable project, deal or transaction in 2012? : The valuation of a large conservation easement. What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2013? : The commercial real estate market in 2013 will be similar to 2012 because of the historically low interest rates and the policies of the Federal Reserve such as QE3 (Quantitative Easing). Therefore, the commercial real estate market will continue to appreciate modestly. What are your resolutions for 2013? : Communicate to local, state and federal elected officials; solutions to the respective economic problems.
