Queens, NY Titan Capital ID, LLC was approached by experienced New York hotel developers in order to refinance their existing debt and to provide additional capital for the completion of their latest project on Archer Ave. in the Jamaica section. The developers had previously received approved plans for a new six-story, 103-room hotel, which will be flagged by a national hospitality brand. Despite having a substantial net worth and experience in hotel development, the developers were unable to find traditional bank financing due to the time constraints on their existing debt. Matthew Job of Titan Capital was able to understand the situation and commit to the deal, providing $6.25 million in funding to refinance the existing loan and complete the project.
