JM Coull begins $2.4 million renovation for F.W. Webb's newest facility; Project architect is Design Science International

JM Coull, Inc., has begun renovations to an existing building in order to create F.W. Webb's newest facility. JM Coull has teamed with design science architects to deliver the $2.4 million design-build project for November. Renovation of the existing building began in July, and will provide F.W. Webb with a multi-purpose building featuring a showroom for F.W. Webb's plumbing supply products, an office and training room, self-serve areas, and a warehouse. A 30-ft. clear height, combined with a narrow-aisle racking system, will maximize storage area in the warehouse. The site also accommodates parking, and paved, outside storage. The construction includes a 2,250 s/f addition to create loading dock spaces and a 12,000 s/f addition to the mezzanine above the self-serve area. Other installations include a new elevator, new bathrooms, and new exterior windows and rooftop units. JM Coull has a longstanding relationship with F.W. Webb, beginning with the construction of the company's headquarters in Bedford, Mass., and continuing with its expansion throughout the northeast. "We are proud to continue our work with this well-known and respected company," said JM Coull's project executive Andrew McBeth.
