JLL leases 5,084 s/f to Lendbuzz at 107 Greenwich St.

Manhattan, NY Lendbuzz will open its first New York City office at 107 Greenwich St., the boutique office component of the new development at 76 Trinity Place, which is owned and operated by Trinity Church Wall Street.

The transaction continues recent leasing momentum at the property where the tenant roster now includes Revolut, one of the UK’s most dynamic fintech firms, engineering consultant SI Engineering, and investment advisor Atomic Invest.

Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Boston, Lendbuzz is an AI-powered auto finance platform which recently announced a $345 million fund raise to support product innovation, research and development, and technology aimed at continuing to best serve consumers and dealership partners. The company signed a five-year lease to occupy 5,084 s/f on the 22nd floor of 107 Greenwich St. and will open a fully built out and furnished space in Q2 2024.

Completed in 2022, the 26-story 76 Trinity Pl. was developed to support Trinity Church’s commitment to its local community. The first five floors, known as Trinity Commons, serve as a community resource with full- court gymnasium, teaching kitchen, art and rehearsal studios, private meeting rooms, a large hall for special events, and a dedicated space for NYC’s youth.

The office component totals 130,000 s/f and encompasses the 14th through the 26th floors. The building’s 18th floor serves as an amenity center for the office tenants, offering dining, conference rooms, break-out space, a fitness center, and an outdoor terrace with views of the Hudson River, World Trade Center and Trinity Church.

A JLL agency team led by executive managing director John Wheeler, managing director Andrew Coe and associate Margaux Kelleher, oversees leasing at 107 Greenwich on behalf of Trinity. Lendbuzz was represented by JLL managing director Jeff Szczapa, senior vice president Ed DiTolla and associate Finley Burger. The asking rent was $79 per s/f.
