Jones Lang LaSalle has completed a renewal for building owner MetLife Inc. at 575 Fifth Ave. with Barney's Inc. The department store chain renewed its lease for 48,228 s/f of office space at the 540,000 s/f class A building.
MetLife was represented by Frank Doyle, international director, Cynthia Wasserberger, senior vice president, and Amanda Saltzman, analyst, all with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office. The tenant, Barney's Inc., was represented by Barry Gosin, principal, Neal Golden, senior executive vice president, and Ross Perlman, associate director, with Newmark Knight Frank.
Barney's renewed for 15 years, occupying the 10th and 11th floors. The building is located between East 46th and East 47th Sts.
