JCMLiving celebrates ribbon cutting at Rosera Wesmont

Wood-Ridge, NJ JCMLiving, a family-owned real estate owner and operator of multifamily communities throughout the East Coast, was joined by Mayor Paul Sarlo and local government officials, design partners, and community stakeholders to officially unveil Rosera Wesmont, a 295-unit luxury residential community. The ribbon cutting event marked a major milestone for both JCMLiving and the final residential phase of the 150-acre Wesmont Station redevelopment.

The evening celebration welcomed local officials, project partners, and members of the community for a speaking program and ceremonial ribbon cutting. Remarks were delivered by Wood-Ridge Mayor Paul Sarlo and leadership from JCMLiving, who reflected on the site's transformation and the collaborative efforts that brought Rosera Wesmont to life. The event marks the completion of the final phase of the 150-acre Wesmont Station Redevelopment, a decades-long effort to transform a historic WWII-era aircraft facility into a thriving residential neighborhood.

“This moment marks the culmination of nearly 25 years of vision and dedication,” said Andrew Weissman, director of North Jersey at JCMLiving. “Once home to a historic aircraft facility that powered the Allied victory in World War II, this site has been thoughtfully reimagined into a vibrant residential community. Rosera Wesmont stands as a testament to what’s possible when public and private partners come together with a shared commitment to progress. We’re especially grateful to the Borough of Wood-Ridge and Mayor Sarlo for their steadfast leadership throughout this journey, and to our design and development teams for bringing this vision to life.”

“The project began with a bold vision, nearly a quarter of a century in the making,” said Rubin Schron, founder of Cammeby's International Group. “From day one, our vision, in partnership with Somerset Development led by Ralph Zucker, has been to transform this former industrial site into a vibrant residential neighborhood—and today, Rosera Wesmont stands as a testament to that commitment. We don’t see residents as just residents; they’re our customers. That’s the philosophy we’ve carried through our family business, and it’s what drives us to deliver the highest quality living experience possible with Rosera Wesmont.”

Located at 200 Rosie Square, Rosera Wesmont delivers a blend of NYC-level amenities with suburban tranquility. Designed by Minno and Wasko Architects, with interior design by The Childs Dreyfus Group, residents enjoy access to over 35,000 s/f of shared amenities, including a 13,000 s/f pool, complete with a sundeck and landscaped courtyard, coworking spaces, fitness and wellness spaces—including a multi-level gym, yoga studio, sauna, and bar, two sports simulators, and more—setting a new bar for lifestyle-driven living in North Jersey.

Prospective renters can select from 295 residences, ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting at $2,285 for a studio. Units feature modern, open-concept layouts, premium finishes, and oversized windows that allow natural light to fill the apartments. Select residences offer private patios with views of the community, while smart technology integrations ensure convenience and security for residents.

As part of Rosie Square, Rosera Wesmont offers residents access to over 17,000 s/f of retail space—including 3,000 s/f within the building itself—along with a 480-space parking garage featuring direct access from every level. Located in the heart of Bergen County’s vibrant Wesmont Transit Station Redevelopment District, the community also provides access to New Jersey Transit’s Wesmont Station, with a 30-minute train commute into New York City.

The death of the generic offering memorandum: What buyers expect in 2025 - by Kimberly Zar Bloorian

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
