Dubrow joins Reuveni as director of marketing

Richard Dubrow

Manhattan, NY Reuveni Development Marketing has appointed former Macklowe Properties executive Richard Dubrow as director of marketing and branding. Dubrow, best known for his 14-year tenure at Macklowe Properties, where he led the marketing of addresses like 432 Park Ave. and One Wall St., brings experience to one of the city’s development marketing firms. In this leadership role, he will be responsible for guiding the internal and external marketing teams and driving the firm’s strategic growth for all upcoming new development projects, many of which are conversions, a specialty of Dubrow’s.

His appointment marks a significant milestone for Reuveni, a firm with noteworthy and iconic new development successes under its belt, such as 90 Morton St., The Laureate, 15 Union Square West, 503 West 24th St., The Olcott, and The Westly. The firm is partners with Christie’s International Real Estate Group, and exclusively represents Christie’s as its new development arm in New York City.

Dubrow’s hire kicks off a wave of appointments as Reuveni doubles down on growth, with plans to expand its leadership team over the coming months in anticipation of the launch of several high impact projects.

His leadership will be instrumental in advancing Reuveni’s strategic goals, as he will oversee a newly strengthened marketing department and will play a key role in enhancing the firm’s capabilities. Dubrow will also help drive the success of its pipeline of high-impact projects, including multiple luxury residential conversions.

Dubrow, known for his holistic, integrated approach that bridges the gap between departments and ensures cohesive execution across all stages of a project, brings decades of invaluable experience and deep-rooted expertise in New York City real estate to Reuveni. Over the course of his career, Dubrow has played a central role in the marketing and branding of luxury residential properties totaling over two and a half million square feet with a combined value of over $4 billion.

At One Wall Street, for example, one of the largest residential conversions in NYC history, Dubrow led a full-spectrum marketing rollout that unified sales, branding, and post-closing experience into one cohesive vision. The result: market-defining execution at scale.

“Reuveni is at an inflection point, scaling its reach while staying rooted in the entrepreneurial DNA that developers trust,” said Dubrow. “What drew me here is the firm’s rare combination of boutique focus, hands-on leadership, and unwavering commitment to its clients’ success. They don’t try to be everything to everyone, they’re laser-focused on doing exceptional work for developers, and the growth potential ahead is tremendous. I’m here to help elevate that story and ensure every project we touch speaks clearly to the market and to the buyer.”

“Richard’s arrival is a milestone moment for Reuveni. His body of marketing work defined a generation of luxury development marketing. Having him here signals exactly where we’re headed as a company and as a brand,” said Shlomi Reuveni, CEO of Reuveni.

The death of the generic offering memorandum: What buyers expect in 2025 - by Kimberly Zar Bloorian

There was a time when an offering memorandum (OM) was pretty bare bones, some photos, a few bullet points on income, and a rent roll thrown in at the back. That used to get the job done. Not anymore. In 2025, buyers are sharper, faster, and more selective. They’re looking
