Jasper Venture Group acquires former 107,142 s/f Parkway Hospital

Jasper Venture Group has acquired one of Queens' most renowned hospitals. Located at 70-35 113th St. in the Forest Hills community, Parkway Hospital, the well-known medical center, closed its doors in 2008 but still remains a public fixture. Parkway Hospital overlooks Grand Central Pkwy. and rests just outside of both Willow Lake and Meadow Lake. This area stands at 107,142 s/f including a parking lot. Jasper Venture Group plans to rebuild condominiums from the ground up. The additional housing this project will provide will help those seeking a more spacious option to the compact living N.Y.C. provides.
