Jacob joins JASB Management

JASB Management Inc., a leading business management consulting firm specializing in integrated leadership and organizational development, has appointed Betsy Jacob, SPHR, GPHR as an associate. Jacob brings expertise across various human resources (HR) disciplines including recruitment, training and development. Her human capital experience encompasses her development and implementation of diverse training programs on such topics as time management, organization, communication and management fundamentals among others. Prior to joining JASB, Jacob served as a human resources/talent acquisition consultant with Sage Solutions in Washington, D.C. A well-respected HR professional, Jacob holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certifications, both of which are awarded by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). She currently serves as the conference co-chair of the Society of Human Resource Management, Long Island chapter. Additionally, she is an active member of the American Society for Training & Development, and she serves on the special projects board for the Long Island chapter. Jacob earned her bachelor's degree from Boston University.
