Island Associates leases 7,076 s/f at 490 Wheeler Rd.

Island Associates completed the following leases totaling 7,076 s/f: * Island Associates and Colliers International Long Island's Steve D'Orazio leased 2,000 s/f of office space located at 490 Wheeler Rd. to Northridge Solutions for a long term lease. * Island and Colliers D'Orazio completed a lease agreement for 2,585 s/f of office space to a financial services firm. * Island also negotiated a third lease at 490 Wheeler Rd. with Paul Schneider from NAI Long Island for National Employee Assistance Providers to occupy 2,491 s/f. The proximity to Long Island Expressway with Rte.111 access was paramount for the decision use of this site. Island Associates are the exclusive leasing agents for 490 Wheeler Rd. site.
