James Famularo and Ravi Idnani of NYCRS leased a retail space at 151 Grand St. (aka 158 Lafayette) in SoHo. The lease totals 2,200 s/f and the asking rent was $125 per s/f. The landlord, Time Equities was represented by Scott Klatsky and Nadja Galloway and the tenant representatives were Famularo and Idnani. The incoming tenant is Flud Watches, who will be opening their first flagship store in New York City. This will be a fashion watch store. The deal was a ten-year lease. Flud Watches is planning on opening in November.
