Island Associates leases 2,500 s/f to Tropical Smoothie at 428 Wheeler Road, Hauppauge
Island Associates leased 2500 s/f free standing building at 428 Wheeler Road (Route 111) just south of the LIE to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. The convenient location to surrounding businesses and the LIE on a Route 111 were paramount in Tropical Smoothie's decision to lease the property. Tropical Smoothie entered a 10-year triple net lease with an aggregate base rental of over $470,000.
