Isak of Falco & Isak Realty completes $3.65 million sale

According to Rubin Isak of Falco & Isak Realty Services, the firm arranged the sale of three contiguous commercial buildings at 24-57, 59 & 61 47th St. in Astoria in an all cash transaction valued at $3.65 million. Rubin Isak of Falco & Isak Realty exclusively represented the seller, Kouverta, LLC. Ryan Maltz of Greiner-Maltz Realty represented the buyer, Platinum, LLC, a private investor in the area. Albert Maimone, Esq. was the sellers counsel and Richard Hendler, Esq. was the purchasers counsel in this transaction. 24-57, 59 & 61 47th Street were built in 2005. They are accessibly located between 25th Avenue and the Brooklyn Queens Expressway West in Astoria, Queens. There is a total of 7,500 s/f of Drive-in Warehouse space and 6,000 s/f of modern Office space on the 2nd floor. The building was delivered completely vacant at closing.
