Pirot leads project management services at Cresa and for the past 30 years has operated and managed commercial, residential, industrial, retail, and hotel properties here in New York and throughout the United States. His experience provides occupiers with project advisory and management solutions that meet their ever-changing needs. In 2018, he launched Cresa’s Building Technology Services (BTS) to provide occupiers with an extensive range of smart building technology options.
