IREM swears in five new CPMs at February luncheon meeting

Five new certified property managers were sworn in at the Greater New York Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management's February luncheon meeting. James Hayden, CPM and chapter president said, "The more educated, experienced professionals we can bring to this industry, the better for all involved with property management. Those who hold the CPM certification bring with them credibility, respect & higher earning power. In this time of economic turmoil, it is critical for us all to be informed & educated. Owners and clients demand this, now more than ever, and a CPM is able to deliver a higher level of competence & service."
