New York, NY IREM NYC welcomed four new Certified Property Managers (CPMs) who were sworn in at the chapter’s December Zoom meeing. The new CPMs are: 

• Michael Bryantsev, assistant vice president of portfolio analytics and operations management at Reliant Realty Services, LLC

• Katerina Vasilyeva, president at VK Property Management

• Dana Padilla, vice president compliance at Reliant Realty Services

• Anastasia Gurney, general manager at Brookfield Properties Multifamily.
