IREM NYC members tour One Vanderbilt

Part of the Summit Experience

New York, NY IREM NYC members toured One Vanderbilt, the 93-story super skyscraper and it did not disappoint! From the lobby to the mechanical floors, to the summit and everything in between, we were quite simply wowed!

Special thanks to the team at One Vanderbilt Ave. and SL Green Realty Corp. including Bill Hurd, Jonathan Wilcox, Jessica Ortega and Pam Seltzer. An extra big thanks to our industry partners Richard Silver, Jason Silver and Helen Silver of American Pipe & Tank, who sponsored the (quite fun) after party at Stout.

Our tour started (of course!) in the lobby of  One Vanderbilt and from there we went to:

  • 3rd floor – Vandy Club
  • 5th floor – TDS Backup Plant/DAS Head End/BMS Head End
  • 54th floor – Altus Suites
  • 73rd floor – Loggia view & Co Gen Turbine/boiler plant/absorption chiller

We ended with the Summit Experience. And what an experience it was!
