Inglese of Friedman-Roth Realty procures buyer in $6.35 million sale; Doshi of Besen and Sioni of Sioni & Partners rep seller

According to Friedman-Roth Realty Services, Besen and Associates, and Sioni & Partners, the sale of 2055 Cruger Ave., located in the Pelham Pwy. section has been completed. The six-story elevator building has 72 apartments and is a total of 84,006 s/f. The building was constructed in 1932. The property sold for a purchase price of $6.35 million and had a gross income of $823,967. The purchaser was procured by Giuseppe Inglese of Friedman-Roth Realty Services. The seller was represented by Amit Doshi of Besen and Associates and Moses Sioni of Sioni & Partners.
