These new leases reflect the diversity at Industry City that attracts a variety of new tenants to the campus.

The Industry City Design District is a hub for architecture and design studios as well as homewares shopping, with over 125,000 s/f of design retailers including major national brands like West Elm and Design Within Reach, as well as vintage furniture retailers and individual makers. The complex has also enticed multiple prominent fashion brands to put down roots, including Moda Operandi, Tailored Industry, Peter Do, and Allina Liu.

“We are excited to welcome such a wide variety of new companies to Industry City,” said Jeff Fein, senior vice president of leasing at Industry City. “These deals are emblematic of our flexible leasing strategy, which allows tenants across all sectors to take on the square footage they need and expand their footprints as they grow. These four companies will undoubtedly contribute to the dynamic atmosphere of the complex.”

“We’re thrilled to establish our new studio at Industry City,” said Kinolimes’s CEO, Oleg Saitskiy. “Industry City’s dynamic atmosphere aligns perfectly with Kinolime’s vision of pushing creative boundaries and fostering unique collaborations. We’re looking forward to not only growing our own story here at IC but also being part of a larger narrative of creative and technological evolution.”

Jeff Fein leads the in-house leasing team at Industry City and represented the property in all mentioned deals. William Korchak and Ed DiTolla from JLL represented Prudential Insurance, and Erik Yankelovich from Atlas Realty Group Partners represented Kinolime in their respective deals.
