Zukofsky named associate at Heiberger & Assoc.

Heiberger & Associates, P.C. has hired attorney Joshua Zukofsky as an associate. Zukofsky has extensive experience representing landlords in all phases of civil litigation including settlement negotiations, court appearances, and housing court cases. He has assisted with the settlements of several complex disputes between landlords and tenants and has advised landlords in complicated ongoing cases. Prior to joining Heiberger, Zukofsky was a junior associate at Gutman & Mintz, P.C., in New Hyde Park, N.Y. Zukofksy earned a bachelor's degree from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University-Bloomington and a juris doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Heiberger & Associates, P.C. provides commercial and residential building owners and management companies with comprehensive and reliable real estate litigation for all landlord-tenant legal needs. The firm also represents sellers and buyers in the sale and purchase of buildings, condominiums and cooperative units.
