Katz elevated to COO at Katz & Associates

Brian Katz has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO) of Katz & Associates. After three years with Forest City Ratner, a retail development company, Katz joined Katz & Associates in 2000. Katz & Associates Corp. is one of the largest and most widely recognized retail real estate organizations of its kind. The firm serves leading national retailers in providing representation in all types of shopping centers and on major retail streets. The company's services also include strategic planning, shopping center leasing, dispositions, initiation of development projects and portfolio analysis, making the company a complete retail real estate source. In addition to its Pearl River, New York corporate headquarters, Katz & Associates houses eight regional offices in major cities throughout the U.S.
