Zimmerman joins Iconik Enterprises as associate

Renee Zimmerman has joined Iconik Enterprises, LLC as an associate. Zimmerman brings to Iconik 20 years of corporate, finance and legal experience in commercial real estate with a focus on financing, sales and leasing, and investment. She has been an integral collaborator and supervisor in the legal coordination of hundreds of multi-million dollar real estate and mortgage backed transactions to closing. Her most recent positions include senior real estate professional at Winston & Strawn LLP and legal coordinator at Resource Real Estate, Inc. Zimmerman's commercial real estate expertise also includes legal training of junior to senior level personnel and coordinating the Continuing Legal Education program and seminars at First American Title Insurance Company of New York. A graduate of Rutgers University, she is a licensed real estate salesperson and appraiser, and studied in NYU's masters program in real estate. Iconik president and CEO Michael Streit said, "Renee is a perfect fit for the Iconik team. Her well-honed skills combined with her extensive and in-depth knowledge of and ongoing research into the marketplace add significant value to the client."
