Three travel-related firms have signed a total of 7,847 s/f leases for pre-built units in W&H Properties' 112 West 34th St., according to Barry Zeller, executive director of Cushman & Wakefield, the building's managing and leasing agent.
Northwest Airlines leased the property's first pre-built office unit (3,102 s/f) on the 21st floor. Aeromexico leased its 1,524 s/f pre-built unit on the 11th floor prior to construction. ShermansTravel Media, which already occupies 8,000 s/f on the 21st floor, is leasing an additional 3,221 s/f pre-built suite.
