Fitzgibbons of Staubach negotiates 6,000 s/f lease at 420 Lexington
The Staubach Company represented OpHedge Investment Services, Inc. in negotiations for a new lease at 420 Lexington Ave., The Graybar Building. Â OpHedge will take possession of 6,000 s/f in the building, owned by SL Green.
420 Lexington marks OpHedge's first office location in the city. The company has plans to occupy the space through 2011. "The building's proximity to Grand Central Station makes it an ideal location for OpHedge's employees who commute between the White Plains headquarters," said Colin Fitzgibbons an associate at Staubach who led negotiations for OpHedge. He was assisted by Martin Horner and Paul Revson of Staubach. SL Green assisted the landlord.
