Zalta and Lai of Rosewood Realty Group collaborate for $5.37 million deal on the Upper East Side
Manhattan, NY Rosewood Realty Group brokered the $5.37 million sale of a four-story multifamily building on East 82nd St. near First Ave., on the Upper East Side.
The 17-unit walk-up at 336 East 82nd St. contains 7,986 s/f and was built in 1920. The cap rate was 5%.
Rosewood’s Jack Zalta represented the seller, Mitchel Maidman of Townhouse Management and Ryan Lai, also of Rosewood, represented the buyer, Benny Caiola of Bettina Equities, who are owners and managers of over 40 buildings in Manhattan, Westchester and Long Island.
The building was delivered with 15 of 17 units vacant, according to Lai.
