Shaun Riney, Michael Salvatico, Daniel Greenblatt and Zalman Yarmush, investment specialists, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also secured and represented by the team.

1065 Summit Ave., in the Highbridge neighborhood of the Bronx, sold for $2.925 million. The transaction was brokered on both sides by Peter Von Der Ahe, Seth Glasser, Michael Fusco, and Isaac Lipton. The buyer and seller were private investors. The asset contains 40,500 gross s/f throughout 26 units.

397 East 49th St., a 34-unit apartment property, sold for $2.9 million.Riney, Greenblatt and Yarmush had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller. The buyer was also secured and represented by the team.
