Zach and Farchi of Itzhaki Properties sell 682 Academy Street; A 31-unit multifamily in Washington Heights

Itzhaki Properties has brokered the sale of a multifamily building in the Washington Heights neighborhood. The walk-up building consisted of 31 rent stabilized apartments and had low average rents. The building, located at 682 Academy St. was sold for an undisclosed amount. Shay Zach, managing partner at Itzhaki Properties, represented the seller, and Barry Farchi, managing partner of Itzhaki Properties, represented the buyer. "We have a large group of buyers that focus in the Washington Heights area, and we have a very strong hold and understanding of the area, we welcome owners and sellers to contact us to get a free evaluation of their properties in the area," said Zach. Earlier this year, Zach sold 257 Audubon Ave, also in Washington heights, for about the same GRM.
