Youmans of Platform Realty achieves LEED AP designation

According to Platform Realty Group, operations manager, Richard Youmans, is now a LEED accredited professional (AP). Youmans' recent achievement will allow for our company to aide clients in the LEED certification process. LEED certification represents that a project, be it a home, a building, or a neighborhood, was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
