Youmans of Platform Realty achieves LEED AP designation
According to Platform Realty Group, operations manager, Richard Youmans, is now a LEED accredited professional (AP).
Youmans' recent achievement will allow for our company to aide clients in the LEED certification process. LEED certification represents that a project, be it a home, a building, or a neighborhood, was designed and built using strategies aimed at improving performance across all the metrics that matter most: energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to their impacts.
NAI Platform's team includes 18 commercial associates with 200 years of combined real estate experience.
