Yao of Buchbinder & Warren leases 2,000 s/f
Annie Yao, Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group LLC has represented the tenant, Zing USA, in a five-year, 2,000 s/f lease at 230 Fifth Ave. Harvey Richer of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord.
Zing USA, a full-service public relations and marketing communications agency, has quadrupled in space and moved from Union Sq. to 230 Fifth Ave.
