WNY NYSCAR chapter to host its seventh annual awards dinner

The western New York chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) will host its seventh annual awards dinner Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at the historic Statler Towers Grand Ballroom, 107 Delaware Ave. Known as one of the region's best attended networking events in the commercial real estate industry, the evening will feature an open bar from 6-7p.m. followed by dinner and the presentation of several awards at 7p.m. Top producing brokers and individuals in the community who have made special contributions to advance the region will be honored. Awards for the Largest Broker-Assisted Lease and Sale Transactions of 2007 will be presented at the event. The 2007 recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Victor Peterson, Sr., chairman, MJ Peterson Real Estate Corp. Marsha Henderson, vice president for external affairs at the University at Buffalo (UB), will receive the 2007 Meritorious Service Award.
