Judelsohn and Borruso of Pyramid Brokerage handle $1.029 million sale

Pyramid Brokerage Company-Buffalo, a Cushman & Wakefield alliance member, reports the sale of the former Oak Express store at 7510 Transit Rd., for $1.029 million. The 14,960 s/f store is located across from the Eastern Hills Mall. Arthur Judelsohn, executive director of the Buffalo office represented the seller, Furniture Row USA LLC. Ben Borruso of the Buffalo office represented the purchaser, Bert's Bikes & Sports. With more than 30 years experience, nine offices and 100 agents, Pyramid is one of upstate New York's largest full service commercial real estate providers.
