Winick Realty Group NJ launches new investment sales division in Cranford

Winick Realty Group NJ has launched the company's new investment sales division. Based out of the company's Cranford, NJ office, the new department will focus on everything from net-leased investment-grade properties to shopping centers throughout the state. "The investment sales market is red-hot right now, with a substantial amount of business that reaches pre-recession levels," said Winick Realty Group NJ senior vice president and founding partner Tyler Bennett. "We believe it is the right time to launch an investment sales division to meet this demand, as well as provide another level of service to our investors that extends our scope beyond that of our competitors." Bennett and fellow Senior Vice President and Founding Partner Daniel Spector have hired Urszula Zoltek to head the company's new Investment Sales Division. Zoltek has successfully closed multiple transactions throughout various states with both private and institutional grade clients. She worked in the New Jersey office for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, where she received the company's Pace Setter Award, and most recently served as Vice President of Leasing for Edgewood Properties. "We believe in Urszula because of her strong work ethic and her in-depth knowledge of investment sales transactional business," said Bennett. "We expect to use Urszula's existing base of relationships, as well as leverage our office's existing relationships, to make our Investment Sales Division as successful as possible."
