Wierzel of NAI Mertz handles 41,200 s/f lease
NAI Mertz, Realtor has leased 41,200 s/f warehouse/ distribution space in a 121,000 s/f building at 8295 National Hwy. Paul Wierzel is the salesperson at NAI Mertz who negotiated the transaction between the owner, Industrial Investments, and the new tenant, K.S.I Auto Parts. The new tenant is expanding from their current space at 6875 Westfield Ave.
