Von Der Ahe, Fotis, and Hollingsworth of Marcus & Millichap arrange $3.85 million sale of 28-unit apartments

According to J.D. Parker, VP and regional manager of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Manhattan office, the firm arranged the sale of 602 44th St. & 4405-4409 6th Ave. The property consists of three buildings totaling 28-unit apartment located in the Sunset Park section. The asset commanded a sale price of $3.85 million. Peter Von Der Ahe, first VP investments, Matthew Fotis, VP investments, and Jeb Hollingsworth, associate in the firm's Manhattan office, had the listing on behalf of the seller, a private investor and the buyer, also a private investor. "602 44th Street created a rare opportunity to purchase a substantial apartment building located directly on Sunset Park with an attractive unit mix and a low average apartment rent," said Fotis.
