Meridian Capital Group, LLC, negotiates the following $63.531 million in financing: * $20 million mortgage on a 46-unit multifamily building on Broadway. Jeff Weinberg, Moshe Majeski and Simon Rosenfeld negotiated the loan. * $14 million mortgage on a 110-unit multifamily building on Ocean Ave. in Brooklyn. Isaac Filler and Sam Shifer negotiated the loan. * $11 million mortgage on four mixed-use buildings totaling 30 units and 8,350 s/f of commercial space on First Ave. Morris Diamant and Jacob Rochlitz negotiated the loan. * $8.25 million mortgage on three multifamily buildings totaling 24 units located on Ave. A. Elliott Birnbaum negotiated the loan. * $5.5 million mortgage on a 15-unit, 5,450 s/f mixed-use building on Saint Marks Ave. in Brooklyn. Elliott Treitel negotiated the loan. * $4.781 million mortgage on four multifamily buildings totaling 74 units located on Faile St., East 175th St. and Fox St. in Bronx. Filler and Shifer negotiated the loan.
