Vanguard-Fine completes 28,913 s/f in leases and four sales totaling $2.73 million

Albany, NY According to Vanguard-Fine, LLC, the firm has completed the following transactions:

Barry Feinman, Kenneth Brownell and Christopher Farrell of Vanguard-Fine brokered a 15-year lease between Advance Auto and ARAX Properties, LLC. The 7,000 s/f Auto Parts Store is located at 616-630 Hoosick St. in Troy.

Steven Lerner of Vanguard-Fine, with Brownell and Feinman, brokered the 10-year lease between Jialiang Weng and Wolf Road Park II. The 1,400 s/f nail salon is located at Wolf Road Shoppers Park in Colonie.

Lerner, Feinman and Brownell, with Jonathan Graham of NRC Realty & Capital Advisors, LLC brokered the sale of the gas and convenient station located at 184 Sacandaga Rd. in Scotia for $500,000 between 1313 Enterprise, LLC and Global Partners LP.

Lerner, Feinman and Brownell brokered a seven-year lease between JPROULX, INC-DBA Save-A-Lot Supermarkets and Plattsburgh Plaza, LLC . The 16,000 s/f grocery store is located at Plattsburgh Plaza on Cornelia St. in Plattsburgh.

Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 724 New Loudon Rd. in Latham $750,000 between Sang Un Cho & Young Suk Cho and Pace Development, LLC.

Lerner, Feinman and Brownell, with Binglin Li of Keller Williams Realty brokered the sale of Country Ribbon Plaza located at 1702 Chrisler Ave. in Rotterdam for $1.48 million between Yiu Gui Zhu and Country Ribbon Plaza, LLC.

Farrell, Feinman and Brownell brokered a 20-year ground lease between Cumberland Farms and White Family, LP. The 4,513 s/f store is located at 1632A Central Ave.
