Van Der Bogart of CBRE/Syracuse leases 2,850 s/f
Larry Van Der Bogart of CBRE/Syracuse represented RBC Dain Rauscher, a CBRE corporate client, in the company's lease of 2,850 s/f of space at 8508 Seneca Tpke. This is the first office in the region for RBC Dain Rauscher, a national full-service securities firm. Pyramid Brokerage Co. was the listing agent.
