Upstate N.Y. CCIM chapter to hold portfolio workshop June 23

The CCIM Portfolio Workshop will be held June 23 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Century House. This workshop will be held after the CCIM Market Forecast. The cost to attend the workshop for non members is $49. The event is free to Upstate N.Y. CCIM chapter members The workshop will cover the following topics: * Learn what's new in the portfolio requirements * On-line submission of your portfolio is now available * Learn what graders look for in portfolios * Complete an actual Activity Form - bring your files. The workshop will be conducted by Ed Gallacher, CCIM chairman of the candidate guidance committee. Your portfolio may be submitted at any time after the completion of CI 101 and before registering for the comprehensive exam. The next portfolio submission deadline is July 30 for those who plan to take the upcoming comprehensive exam in October of this year. Reservations are Required!
