Unger of KDA leases 8,000 s/f for LET's International

Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates, Inc. (KDA) arranged an 8,000 s/f lease for LET's International, a carpet and flooring distributor and installer, at 110-60 Dunkirk St., an 80,000 s/f multi-tenanted, one-story building in the Jamaica neighborhood. Kalmon Dolgin and Neil Dolgin, co-presidents of KDA, made the announcement. Jeffrey Unger of Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates represented both the tenant and the landlord, Guys Motors, Inc., in the deal. The tenant is relocating from 301 Norman Ave. in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn. LET's International will occupy 8,000 s/f of the 80,000 s/f, multi-tenanted property at 110-60 Dunkirk Street. The space offers high ceilings, direct loading dock, gas heat, heavy power, and is fully sprinklered. The property at 110-60 Dunkirk Street is located just off Liberty Avenue, and provides quick access to Manhattan and Long Island via the Van Wyck and Long Island Expressways, Belt and Grand Central Parkway, conveniently located within minutes of 110-60 Dunkirk Street.
