Two Trees Management Co. renews 78 leases in DUMBO totaling 113,000 s/f during 2010

2010 was a successful year for lease renewals for Two Trees Management Co. During the year, a total of 78 individual businesses chose to renew their leases. At 55 Washington St., 45 Main St., and 20 Jay St., a total of 113,000 s/f of space was re-leased. "We're so thrilled that so many of our commercial tenants are happy to call DUMBO home and will continue to stay in the neighborhood," said Caroline Pardo, director of Leasing for Two Trees. "It's obvious that the high caliber of our buildings, the dynamic mix of retail, dining, and culture in the neighborhood, the beautiful waterfront and DUMBO's artsy charm are not only luring companies here, but keeping them for the long term." Lease renewed for two years. * Coolbirth, Inc. at 45 Main St., suite 1018 (1,135 s/f). Lease renewed for one year. * Evidence Design, LLC at 45 Main St., suites 1012/1014 (1,615 s/f). Lease renewed for three years. * OwnEnergy, Inc. at 45 Main St., suite 538 (1,615 s/f). Lease renewed for one year. * Flocabulary, LLC at 55 Washington St., suite 259 (915 s/f). Lease renewed for one year. Artists that have renewed their studio space include: * Andrew Boccino & Phoebe Washburn at 20 Jay St., suite M21 & 303 (3,902 s/f). Lease renewed for five years. * Platt Photo, Limited at 45 Main St., suite 1102 (2,727 s/f). Lease renewed for three years. * Stephen Kaplin and Great Small Works, Inc. at 45 Main St., suites 301/303 (2,671 s/f). Lease renewed for three years. * Johannes Girardoni Studio at 55 Washington St., suite 253B (1,786 s/f). Lease renewed for one year. * Daniele Robbiani at 20 Jay St., suite M09 (1,708 s/f).
